A: We bill all items discreetly, so your credit card statement will show a charge by
GHM Industries, Inc.

Q: I don't want anyone to know I'm buying adult toys.  What name will the return
address show on my package?
A: The name on the return address of your package will show "Shipping Department" or
"GHM Industries, Inc."

Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: Our shipping rates are calculated depending on what you order. You can see the shipping rates for your order before paying, simply by choosing the items you'd like to order, and going through the checkout process. The amount for shipping we would charge you is shown before you pay.

Q: Is it safe for me to pay by credit card through your website?
A: Yes, it is completely safe.  We use secure order processing and will never store your confidential information.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A:  We accept returns only if we delivered the wrong item or if the item we delivered
arrives broken.  In the rare event that this happens, you must contact us first so that
we can provide you with instructions on how to return the item properly.

Q: How do I care for my toys?
A:  Simply clean them with a slightly moist wipe after each use, or use one of the many cleaners we have available in our store. Never immerse toys that aren't safe for water-play.

Q: Do you ship outside of the US?
A: We only ship within the US & Canada.

Q: Do you have an affiliate program?
