Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFO:

We care about your privacy, so we ensure that your package reveals no clues
whatsoever about what's inside.  It will be mailed discreetly from "Shipping Department" or "GHM
Industries, Inc."

We will only ship within the US.  We mail all packages via USPS Priority Mail.  In the rare
event that your package is too heavy to ship via USPS, we will contact you to work out a
shipping arrangement for UPS delivery.


UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS:

In the rare event that your package is unable to be delivered (due to a customer refusing
delivery or wrong address provided) we will automatically return your money (less shipping
and handling) and notify you via email.  If this package return was a mistake, you will need
to place the order with us again, and we will double check with you to confirm the address
so it doesn't happen again.


Out Of Stock Items:

We try our best to keep all of our products in stock at all times.  In the rare event that you
place an order for an item that we don't have in stock, we will ship all your in stock items to
you asap.  We will ship your out of stock item separately cover all shipping charges.  If we
unable to obtain your out-of-stock item within 2 weeks, we will return the money charged
for that item to you and notify you via email.

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of these products, we cannot process refunds for your purchase.  Under certain
circumstances, we will offer you an exchange or credit.  If we offer you an exchange or credit, you
must first use our helpdesk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and instructions on
returning your item.

If your item is found to be defective upon arrival, we will gladly replace the item
for you.  In the event that we no longer carry the item to be replaced, we will issue you store credit
in the amount of your defective purchase.  In the case of a customer receiving defective
merchandise, shipping and handling charges will be covered by us.
